∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the day-to-day management of component activities.
∎ Develop and manage relationships with PPJ partners.
∎ Maintain coordination with local stakeholders and Government officials.
∎ Monitor and evaluate grantees' activities and provide technical assistance to grantees as required.
∎ Facilitate and manage the implementation of the program through cooperation with partners.
∎ Develop progress updates/reports.
∎ Conduct field visits as assigned and conduct monitoring visits to relevant activities in the field.
∎ Contribute to PPJ's budget preparation.
∎ Assist in preparation of annual work plan, specifically for the Capacity Building Component.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in legal sector, preferably with experience working in the judiciary and/or with extensive contacts within the judiciary.
∎ Experience supporting USAID-funded programs strongly desired.
∎ Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
∎ Able to plan and work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Able to influence, communicate, cooperate, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks.
∎ Strong knowledge on various computer applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
