Job Context:
∎ Network on Climate Change Bangladesh (NCCB) has been establihed in 2005. It`s a vibrant advocacy platform consistent in enhancing the voices climate vulnerable people to the policy stakeholders at local, national and global levels. Network is seeking application from the appropriate and qualified candidate who has the nationality of Bangladesh and has willingness to work as a climate activist.
∎ Project Name: `Advocacy to Enhance Governance for the Climate Vulnerable People in Bangladesh (Phase 2)`
∎ Announcement for the position of "Campaign Assistant"
∎ Job Nature: Contractual, Up to project duration
∎ Project Duration: Till December 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support to the Advocacy and Campaign team for meeting coordination, proactive calendar management,
∎ Provide clerical, record-keeping, and other administrative support as directed by the team
∎ Assist Campaign team with implementation of campaign-related events, including contract sending, sending invitations, tracking invitations, preparing nametags, etc.
∎ Regularly collect news coverage data on Climate Change related news regularly (soft and hard copy) for preparing media truck report. Utilize internet and subscription research tools/resources and climate change information
∎ Prepare monthly reports including climate change information and affiliations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 year progressively professional background in policy advocacy camping and networking
∎ Willingness to travel all over Bangladesh whenever required
∎ Excellent computer operation skills including Microsoft Office email and internet browsing
∎ Good interpersonal skills have demonstrated proactive roles in teamwork, excellent report writing skill and speaking skill on English
∎ Have to be gender-sensitive
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 25,000 (gross) with two festival bonus and annual salary increment as per policy.

∎ Other admissible benefits will be given as per organizational policy for project.
