কাস্টমার কেয়ার।
সাপ্তাহিক কর্মদিবস: ৬ দিন।
দৈনিক কাজের ঘন্টা: ৮ ঘণ্টা।
Responsibilities & Context:
- ফোন কল, ইমেইল, ও ম্যাসেজের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা।
- ইউজারের যেকোন প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
- ইউজারের সাথে সম্পর্ক উন্নয়নের কাজ করা।
- ইউজারের যেকোন পরামর্শ দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে সংগ্রহ করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে অবহিত করা।
- কোম্পানির সার্ভিস এর বিস্তারিত ইউজারদের সঠিকভাবে বুঝানো ও গাইড করা।
