Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidates need to Contact and collect information from the clients.
∎ Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
∎ Daily Follow up.
∎ Try to achieve sales target.
∎ Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
∎ Maintain strong working relationships with all clients.
∎ Schedule appointments with the Clients for office visit & virtual meeting.
∎ Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct,
∎ Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients.
∎ We are looking for a qualified Customer Service & call Centre sales executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
