Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified Customer Service & call Centre sales executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ *The ideal candidates need to Contact and collect information from the clients.
∎ *Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
∎ *Daily Follow up.
∎ *Try to achieve sales target.
∎ *Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
∎ *Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
∎ *Write customized forwarding letters for individual clients.
∎ *Schedule appointments with the Clients for office visit & virtual meeting.
∎ *Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct,
∎
∎ *Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients.
∎
