• Previous experience in customer service or telesales, especially from Grameenphone, Robi, bKash, banks, or other established organizations will be prioritized
• Clear pronunciation and professional communication skills
• Fluency in Bengali and the ability to communicate in basic English
• Polite behaviour, smart presence, and a positive mindset to handle pressure
• Strong convincing power and genuine interest in sales

We Are Hiring: Smart, Polished & Professional Call Executives

We are looking for smart, well-spoken, and professional Call Executives who can confidently engage with customers and convert conversations into successful sales.

Candidates with prior experience in call centers, customer service, or sales roles at organizations like Grameenphone, Robi, bKash, banks, or other reputed companies will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Clearly explain available services, packages, and offers to customers

• Build trust and confidence with customers to convince and close sales over the phone

• Follow up with interested clients and confirm service bookings

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, client information, and updates

• Proactively work to meet and exceed sales targets
