Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a customer care & call center executive for our upcoming property marketplace which is designed to simplify buying and selling real estate through a classified listing platform. Our goal is to connect buyers and sellers efficiently with a user-friendly experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Find customer contacts from different source and inform them about our services.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Provide accurate information and support to users regarding property listings

  • Assist customers in posting and managing their property ads

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media

  • Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary

  • Create basic marketing materials (banners, posts) using tools like Canva (preferred)

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline)

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheet, internet browsing, email handling)

  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) will be an advantage

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and patience when dealing with customers

  • Ability to work under pressure
