We are looking for a customer care & call center executive for our upcoming property marketplace which is designed to simplify buying and selling real estate through a classified listing platform. Our goal is to connect buyers and sellers efficiently with a user-friendly experience.
Find customer contacts from different source and inform them about our services.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and support to users regarding property listings
Assist customers in posting and managing their property ads
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media
Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
Create basic marketing materials (banners, posts) using tools like Canva (preferred)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline)
Strong communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheet, internet browsing, email handling)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) will be an advantage
Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and patience when dealing with customers
Ability to work under pressure
Hands-on experience in a growing startup
