Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily cafeteria operations and ensure smooth food service.
Monitor food preparation, serving quality, and hygiene standards.
Manage cafeteria staff duty roster, attendance, and performance.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and equipment at all times.
Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for food items and kitchen materials.
Control inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
