Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ Sales Experience in Rice, Atta, Moida, Suji, Edible Oil, etc. will be given preference.
∎ Must have strong computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, and E-mail writing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned area based sales target by supervising DSM, TSO & other Sales staff on a regular basis.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Prepare Market coverage plan along with an effective coverage plan for Distributors.
∎ Follow up customers for orders and credit collections.
∎ Communicate with Key customers frequently via physical presence, telephonic calls & E-mails.
∎ Develop proposals for wholesale & formulate sales strategies as and when required.
∎ Evaluate business prospects on customers through feasibility analysis.
∎ Evaluate, select, and provide an appointment to the Distributors.
∎ Monitor and report on Retail & Wholesale sales activities regularly and follow up on the same necessary measures.
∎ Monitor competitors' regular pricing and market conditions.
∎ Take the initiative to develop new customers.
∎ Maintaining all types of Sales Documentary policies and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
