∎ Advanced degree in Communication, Education, or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Over 5 years of experience of working in and/or advising in the area of business process improvement and change management in Government reform (Minimum 2 years international).
∎ Must have prior experience in executing and coordinating change and communication strategy during major change process preferably in Government sector.
∎ Must have prior experience in sustaining communication (internal & external) in a major organization, preferably in Government.
∎ Must have excellent communication and report writing skills.
∎ Must have experience of single window project execution.

Salary:
∎ $1,600 to $1,800 N.B: Management can offer a salary more or less than mentioned in the advertisement after conducting an interview of the competent candidate.
