Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are  looking for a proactive and experienced Business Operations Manager  to lead and manage the company’s overall operations efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, quality service delivery, and strategic growth.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments – visa, ticketing, tour operations, and medical tourism.

  • Manage and coordinate medical tourism services, including patient referrals, hospital communications, travel arrangements, and after-service follow-up, preferably with prior experience in an organization offering cross-border healthcare facilitation.

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of services to clients while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all service areas.

  • Supervise and coordinate with departmental teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports for management review. Analyze business performance and operational processes; recommend improvements to increase profitability and reduce inefficiencies.

  • Plan and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational functions

  • Maintain relationships with vendors, strategic partners, airlines, and other stakeholders.

  • Handle client complaints and ensure effective resolution of operational issues.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and service packages.

  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa guidelines, and company policies.

  • Train and mentor staff to enhance service efficiency and professionalism.
