Responsibilities & Context:
Market Development – Identify new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and religious sectors.
Client Management – Build strong relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
Sales Operations – Handle full sales cycle: proposal, negotiation, order closing.
Tender & Bidding – Track tenders, prepare bids, and ensure compliance with specs.
Technical Coordination – Work with factory/engineering teams on specs and drawings.
Project Follow-up – Monitor site readiness, delivery, and installation support.
After-Sales – Promote AMC and modernization; support service coordination.
Reporting – Maintain project pipeline, submit updates and sales forecasts.
Brand Promotion – Represent Fujitec at events, ensuring brand standards and ethics.
