Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & explore new customers for the business applications & software solutions offered by data edge limited.
∎ Manages the marketing and sales of applications and software solutions.
∎ Assess the needs of the customer and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the company's software solutions.
∎ From prospecting to closing, maintain the full lifecycle of the sales process.
∎ Manage client relationships to assure best in class service.
∎ Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
∎ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Liaise with existing clients to seek and drive more business opportunities
∎ Problem Solver - quickly assess client's pain points and come up with comprehensive and tangible solutions.
∎ Designs new opportunities by analyzing business requirements of a project, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying team capabilities.
∎ Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget.
∎ Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench marking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
