Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Managing agency, including maintaining agency relationships, onboarding new agencies, improving the number and quality of agencies, and fulfilling the targets set by the headquarters.
∎ 2. Assisting the headquarter team to deliver the ideas and solutions to agencies well.
∎ 3. Organizing and following up offline or online anchor activities.
∎ 4. Collecting the operating strategies of peer companies, and propose optimization plans for own company's existing operating strategies.
∎ Requirements:
∎ 1. Bachelor degree or above
∎ 2. Fluent in English and Bengali
∎ 3. Resources with agency and MCN, live streaming industry experience is preferred
∎ 4. Positive attitude with great interpersonal skills and energetic personality

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 80000 (Monthly)
