∎ Duty Station: Distributed across two offices in Banani and Uttara. Occasional visits to other divisional towns as needed.
∎ Job Description: An EdTech sister concern of mPower is looking for a `Business Development & Sales Manager` who would oversee and support a dedicated team of field level marketing personnel.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Sales Process and Personnel:
∎ Executing marketing and sales plans through a team of marketing personnel.
∎ Guidance and training to marketing team regarding sales approach.
∎ Tracking and monitoring verifiable indicators to track progress and report on a daily/ weekly basis.
∎ Making appointments for marketing personnel visits as needed.
∎ Sales Closure and Understanding Customer Needs:
∎ Meeting directly with prospective clients as needed in Dhaka and other divisional towns.
∎ Developing presentations and pitches for sales closure.
∎ Taking responsibility of sales closure according to target.
∎ Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting constructive solutions.
∎ Suggesting additional features of the platform based on market needs and competitor product analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of prior experience with marketing and sales.
∎ Prior experience with education sector is preferred.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Passion about working in the EdTech space.
∎ Ability to perform logic driven negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Strong decision-making capabilities based on the available information.
∎ Proactive problem-solving attitude.
∎ Self-disciplined work ethic and mindset to meet tight deadlines and regular sales target.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Range: A base salary of BDT 30,000 with opportunity to earn up to additional BDT 10,000 in bonuses based on sales performance. However, based on experience and skillset of the candidate this is negotiable.

∎ Opportunity of additional income over the fixed salary by achieving regular sales targets.
