Job Context:
∎ An EdTech sister concern of mPower is looking for a `Product Manager` who would manage end-to-end product life cycle of an EdTech product.
∎ Duty Station: Distributed across two offices in Banani and Uttara.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Sales Process and Personnel:
∎ Executing marketing and sales plans through a team of marketing personnel.
∎ Guidance and training to marketing & Sales team regarding sales approach and technology platform.
∎ Tracking and monitoring verifiable indicators to track progress and report on a daily/ weekly basis.
∎ Making appointments for marketing personnel visits as needed.
∎ Closure of sales process initiated by the sales/marketing team
∎ Technology Management:
∎ Collecting and accumulating regular user feedback from clients/sales team
∎ Assigning work to the in-house team to get those feedback incorporated
∎ Raising flags about potential delays/road-blocks to senior management
∎ Gaining confidence of relevant stakeholders by ensuring timely and up to the mark delivery of each product version
∎ Content quality checking and regular monitoring of the product platform
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of prior experience with technology product management and marketing.
∎ Prior experience with education sector is preferred.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Has to be well organized.
∎ Adept at pursuing others for proper and timely delivery.
∎ Passion about working in the EdTech space.
∎ Ability to perform logic driven negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Strong decision-making capabilities based on the available information.
∎ Proactive problem-solving attitude.
∎ Self-disciplined work ethic and mindset to meet tight deadlines and regular sales target.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
Salary:
∎ BDT 40,000 - BDT 60,000.
