Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, But Studying through English MEDIUM IS REQUIRED.
MBA is a plus but not mandatory if experience is strong.

- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experience in business development, project management, consulting, or startup operations.
- Experience in web/digital projects or creative/business communication is highly valued.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using project management software (Trello, Asana, Notion, Click Up).
- Basic knowledge of web development (WordPress, Web flow, HTML/CSS basics preferred).
- Familiarity with Al tools for productivity, research, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Bangla.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work directly with top management.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are a diversified group with ventures in textiles, healthcare, and emerging industries (EVs, fintech, consumer goods, real estate, Al-powered projects). We are seeking a versatile, dynamic, and tech-savvy Business Development & Project Officer to support our Director in transforming innovative ideas into reality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about using technology, creativity, and business strategy to drive growth.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis for new ventures.
- Draft business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents for local and international partners.
- Assist in planning and executing projects across different industries (EV dealerships, fintech, FMCG, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, consultants, and government offices for approvals and partnerships.
- Manage and track project progress using Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Contribute to web and digital projects (basic website management, coordination with developers/designers).
- Use Al tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, MidJourney, ChatPDF, etc.) for research, document analysis, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Create professional content such as presentations, one-pagers, Linkedin posts, and branding materials.
- Provide daily/weekly reports and maintain organized documentation.
