Air Freight, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Freight Forwarding, Freight Forwarding CF, freight forwarding sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically position profitable solutions with new customers, with a focus on domestic and international freight products and services.
∎ Meet and exceed the target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
∎ The ability to generate new sales revenue independently.
∎ Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
∎ Regularly visit existing accounts, validating our service levels, and develop new revenue streams.
∎ Negotiate with the accounts as per the price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
∎ Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Develop an entrance strategy for cold calling, qualifying, and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
∎ Create and drive a sales strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
∎ Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.
∎ Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set expectations that the task will be completed to their satisfaction.
∎ Expand and cultivate the Company's carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
∎ Promote, monitor, and engage employees to exceed metrics and organizational goals.
∎ Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly or monthly sales meetings.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 36000 (Monthly)
∎ Management is highly interested in sharing sales commission on a regular basis to boost the sales volume.
Sales commissions can be disbursed monthly or quarterly, depending on the sales volume and revenue received.
The more you sell, the more sales commission you earn.
If our words are breached, even for a single time, the staff may decide to quit.
