∎ The applicant should have 2-5 years of experience in the following business area(s): Bank/NBFI
∎ Should have experiences in Business Development.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Problem-solving skill and having the aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
∎ Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
∎ Experience in sales or customer service is also preferred.
∎ Good English language skill in both speaking and writing.
∎ Well versed with deposit workflow process and standard operating procedure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Type: Contractual/Permanent
∎ Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target.
∎ Propose Area based/ Industry Based strategies for deposit business development.
∎ Directly interact with Area Heads, Branch Managers for driving Deposit Growth of Branches.
∎ Plan, organize and acquire the Deposit target to achieve the periodic target.
∎ Ensure weekly Deposit target and assist area Heads to follow up the progress of the same.
∎ To ensure daily sales target are done accurately and on timely basis.
∎ Communication with Business Finance Team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management.
∎ Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Capitalize on cross sell opportunities and organize sales promotion in different corporate organizations mainly multinational and local large companies.
