Job Context:
∎ Our company is engaged in developing financial literacy and digital skills together with application of mobile app enabled solutions for micro and small enterprises (MSEs).
∎ We are seeking the services of a young and dynamic Business Development Officers with 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing and sales promotion of software and digital products. Candidates must have strong interest in mobile app enabled software products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Business Development Officer will be responsible for the following results-oriented tasks:
∎ Acquire full expertise in operating the company's mobile app enabled software product - ez2count accounting and financial management for MSEs. The app has two versions - ez2count Lite and ez2count Standard.
∎ Identify operational issues and challenges of these software products; develop log of these issues and challenges; and suggest improvement or simplification of functionalities and features of these two products so that they could be used easily by the target MSE clients.
∎ Identify target MSE clients who would have demand for these digital technology products for their small business operation.
∎ Develop marketing plan and sales promotion strategy for outreaching services to the target clients. Implement the plan in a methodical way to achieve target business results for the company.
∎ Upgrade Training Manuals and User Guides that have already been prepared for training and coaching target MSE clients for using the apps.
∎ Impart training to the MSE clients, individually at their business premises or in groups at specific locations convenient to the clients.
∎ Monitor fulfilment of payment obligations of clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have a university degree from a recognized university in Bangladesh or abroad. At least 2-3 years of practical experience in market development and sales promotion especially of digital technology products and software. Candidates must be willing to learn and acquire additional knowledge on ICT based tools used for financial and business analysis. Candidates must have good communication skills. Some degree of fluency in the English language would be an asset.
∎ Candidates must be willing to travel for work on assignments outside of Dhaka city.

Salary:
