Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying any gaps in the system, preparing SOP and proposing to management
∎ Meeting monthly sales target and goals
∎ Reviewing all sales data (online sales, best sellers, low sellers)
∎ Meeting annual sub & master-franchise growth target
∎ Periodic auditing of all SOPs in the organization
∎ Periodic auditing of stock inventory at all stores & warehouse
∎ Planning and reviewing new SKU displays seasonally
∎ Ensure smooth shop operation of YOYOSO Bangladesh
∎ Tracking staff turnover & informing HR Manager about new recruitment, replacement, transfer, appraisals & promotion
∎ Monthly social media post insights analysis
∎ Ensuring high security protocols in all stores & warehouse
∎ Presenting monthly/ dashboards for YOYOSO Bangladesh
∎ Planning stock replenishments for each store seasonally, interchange & for new stock
∎ Tracking product cost, damaged products costs & unsent product costs & preparing financial impact

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
∎ Strong ethics and reliability
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
