∎ The position requires an experienced Business Development Manager who will contribute to the business and revenue growth of our beauty product line. The individual will be responsible for supervising the Business development/sales team who will perform a target-based job. Therefore, the candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the business development, sales processes along with innovative ideas for business growth in the Ecommerce/Trade in Cosmetic and Beauty Product industry.
∎ Besides he/she should have experience in the conversion of online and offline leads.
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate the objective to the respective team members.
∎ Effectively lead teams to ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team on both online and offline store initiatives.
∎ Achieve and exceed brand objectives, sales goals and benchmarks by ensuring new customer acquisition.
∎ Analyze potential threats underlying base of the business and make appropriate plan for resolve.
∎ Lead the customer care relationship management team, web content team to align them with the sales objective.
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing Managers, Cost manager & Commercial Manager to develop new product lines, planning product marketing strategies with effective price point.
∎ Ensure our business keeps an outstanding relationship with the retail customer via providing the best customer service support.
∎ Lead, manage, and execute key activities that grow market share, sales, and profitability within our local go-to-market strategy.
∎ Work cross functionally with key position: commercial manage, marketing manager and cost manager and head of business.
∎ Develop and execute effective monthly sales meetings and product knowledge trainings for sales representatives.
∎ Ensure the process of sales administration and operations of customer-specific promotional activity.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with retail customer needs.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Maintain and measure team performance and through setting individual's KPIs.
∎ Conduct business data analysis & preparing reports for the top management
∎ Proven work experience as a Business Development.
∎ Proven experience of online and offline lead conversion.
∎ Ability to perform data analysis & prepare necessary reports.
∎ Experience managing a high-performance target-based sales team.
∎ Ability to develop business strategy and analyze sales performance metrics.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Skills to develop new business plans.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
∎ Sound knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
