∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 05 years of professional experience of which minimum 03 (three) years in business development and direct fundraising being at mid-level position with Online News portal or similar organization is essential.
∎ Skills: Must be confident and fluent in conversation with Ad agencies and commercial organizations with good presentational and communication skills. Functional skills are required on most of the common Microsoft programmes. Good command on English language and excellent writing skills is essential.
∎ Competencies: Must be a team player with mutual trust and understanding in a mixed team, self-motivated, organized, problem solver, articulated, demonstrates gender and cultural awareness, efficient resource manager, effective communicator, capable to work under extreme pressure, juggling with blisteringly urgent priorities and meet deadlines.
