Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our Texknoter platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with Textile and Apparel companies, and persuade their top executives to join Texknoter.
∎ You should be passionate about the Textile & RMG industry & have a strong track record in business development or sales.
∎ Texknoter is a business and professional network for textile & apparel industries. It connects the business leaders, professionals & learners in a single platform.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish partnerships with factories, companies, organizations, associations, and other relevant entities.
∎ Generate new business opportunities by pitching the benefits of Texknoter to potential clients.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase Texknoter's user base and engagement.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Work closely with the cross functional team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
∎ Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to increase TexKnoter's engagements with companies.
∎ Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of user acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the TexKnoter platform offers a valuable experience for users.
∎ Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition techniques and best practices.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
