∎ Must have selling experience of loan products in SME markets
∎ Must have motorcycle riding skills with valid driving license
∎ Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others
∎ Flexible in working anywhere in the country
∎ Have a very good idea about local business dynamics
∎ Excellent Leadership & interpersonal skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performance management of team members & take appropriate measures improve productivity
∎ Communicate market related information with the senior management on time to time
∎ Plan and allocate manpower based on business forecasting & performance
∎ Proper planning for achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
∎ Ensure delightful customer service to all customers
∎ Ensure Compliance with relevant processes
∎ Develop competitor awareness to assess the extent to which Bank’s products and services in SME Segment are competitive as compared to competitor
∎ Regular Team engagement for increasing employee motivation & productivity
