∎ Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the senior managers and management.
