Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our team. The auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of our operations, including service provider attendance, file management, client outreach, lead board updates, ERP posting, and commission payments. This role is crucial in maintaining transparency, efficiency, and compliance within our company.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct random and scheduled audits of various operational areas.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Prepare and present audit reports to management.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to implement audit findings and improvements.
