∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
∎ Provide assistance with the accounts department to receive payments.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Work in tandem with the team and client to fulfill customer satisfaction
∎ Develop ideas to help improve overall efficiency of the company
∎ Brief:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, energetic & creative Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy
∎ The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting and forging strong relationships with clients.
∎ As an Architectural firm, it is important that the applicant understands the business and is willing to learn how to manage Clients from an architect’s perspective. S/he must have the right attitude towards the team and work with the architects and designers. The applicant is also required to be open to learning new ways of work that adheres to the standards of the company.
