Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell the prospective building management services for the targeted clients.
∎ Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target.
∎ Visit all kinds of Industry & find out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity
∎ handle a large construction project (factory building)
∎ co-ordinate with consultant
∎ proper project management
∎ Look over the construction project
∎ Visit all kinds of Industry& find out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity.
∎ Provide necessary information and services to clients in an efficient way as per set service policy of the organization.
∎ Maintain report with the existing customer to retain them effectively.
∎ Visit targeted number of clients & maintain a relationship with them.
∎ Ensure that contract startup has completed to customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow up all prospective customers.
∎ Update information on local market trends and competition.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Factory/Commercial/Residential project.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Visit Factory/Commercial/Residential project.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Project Management, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Development & Engineering Firms
∎ Auto-CAD, 3DS Max, Office and other software knowledge required
∎ Seles marketing & project management,
∎ Capable of handling a large construction project individually
∎ Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill the responsibilities and be result oriented.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
∎ Fluency both Bangla & English.
