Area Sales, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, sales driven, Sales planning, Sales promotion
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Salesperson for the immediate appointment, who has substantial, experience in the branded FMCG Sales & Marketing specially foods & beverages products and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenges & deliver high-quality results. Also Capable of leading the team.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh with extensive visits in anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales Planning and Promoting Sales Activities for the Premium Brand items.
∎ Plan and Develop sales strategies to achieve target.
∎ Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly primary & secondary sales target
∎ Monitor SR / BP and review sales performance
∎ To create new dealer/distributor/Retailer and ensure smooth distribution in each & every dealer/distributor/Retailer point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.
∎ Regular market visits to ensure the daily sales.
∎ Establish effective marketing & sales strategy for focused SKUs and Tasks.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Forecast market needs extensive knowledge on target-based marketing management and ensure sales target.
∎ Review's Distributor's / Dealer's network, strength for effective coverage & Sales Expansion.
∎ Maintain Distributor & Retail Store Stock Management.
∎ Monitor and analyze the competitor activities.
∎ Excellent time management and Communication skill.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to CEO for present situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
