Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to lead our sales and business development activities. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing business deals for our diverse range of products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

𝑲𝙚𝒚 𝑹𝙚𝒔𝙥𝒐𝙣𝒔𝙞𝒃𝙞𝒍𝙞𝒕𝙞𝒆𝙨:

  • 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients & stakeholders. Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • 𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve collective and individual goals. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings and market positioning.
