∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor or Masters of Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
∎ MBA is a plus.

∎ Proven 8–9 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record in marketing and strategy.
∎ Sales expertise in textile or related industries is a must. (Spinning, Textile, Apparel, Textile Machinery, Accessories etc.)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Corporate Sales( B2B Business), General corporate sales and marketing.
∎ Possesses a strong network within the textile industry
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ A strong network within organizations like BGMEA and BKMEA is highly preferred.
∎ Experience in managing Trade Show participation or similar industry events.
∎ Familiarity with marketing tools including CRM system and sales platforms.
∎ Strong ability to motivate teams and drive results in a startup environment.
∎ Experience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute a marketing roadmap to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
∎ Develop and lead sector , client business and marketing plans with a typical horizon of 1 to 5 years
∎ Identify growth opportunities and formulate actionable plans to penetrate new markets
∎ Implement a structured customer visit discipline to ensure regular engagement and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
∎ Conduct visits to various textile-related sectors to establish partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Represent the company in textile-related expos, trade shows, and events to increase visibility.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations such as BGMEA, BKMEA, and others to explore partnerships and networking opportunities.
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable Marketing people
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine strategies.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
∎ Forecast revenue and plan for sustainable growth based on data-driven insights.
∎ Key Responsibilities
