Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalize the deal with the clients by negotiating .
∎ Manages key initiatives, projects and analysis to support the company
∎ New Business Development Tendering & Corporate Sales Opportunities in terms of Sales.
∎ To hunt opportunities for the business for optimum success.
∎ Maintain very good public relations with different offices and influential sectors.
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
∎ Traveling anywhere within the country to visit clients and attend corporate events.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
∎ Duties:
∎ Develop operational procedures and standards to achieve business goals.
∎ Develop budget plans to control expense and meet cost objectives.
∎ Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Schedule monthly meetings to discuss about concerns, budgets and business improvements,
∎ Manage staffing requirement and assignment for client projects.
∎ Provide support and guidance to operations team as and when needed.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and evaluate operational effectiveness.
∎ Ensure that operations team follows safety and security procedures.
∎ Supervise other managers and staff
∎ Lead business operations of Telecommunication and IT sector
∎ Ensure Revenue:
∎ Develop business strategies
∎ Preparing Business budget
∎ Write reports on business operations for the executive staff
∎ Provide leadership and direction, and coordinate all Marketing activities in accordance with our goals and objectives.
∎ This will involve implementing a strategic plan that will drive the business forward, and promote revenue, profitability and growth.
