Education:

  • Age At least 30 years

•       Exceptional written and spoken English; ability to draft formal institutional correspondence

•       Strong organizational and project coordination skills — capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams

•       Sound understanding of accounting and financial services

•       Professional demeanor suitable for senior stakeholder interactions

•       Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and LinkedIn



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Initiatives & Stakeholder Coordination

•       Coordinate with institutional stakeholders including GoB ministries, ICAB, ICMAB, private universities, and professional bodies in support of strategic programs (e.g., Certified Global Bookkeeper certification, SME bookkeeping policy advocacy)

•       Assist the COO and CEO in managing, scheduling, and following up on strategic meetings, proposals, and project milestones

•       Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence for government and institutional engagements

•       Support the design and execution of events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns tied to AccountEx’s domestic policy agenda

•       Maintain relationships with institutional partners and track deliverables across concurrent strategic projects

Global BPO Business Development

•       Identify and pursue new client opportunities for accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing services among CPA firms and SMEs in North America, UK, and Australia

•       Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline through professional networking, LinkedIn outreach, referral programs, and conference participation

•       Prepare service proposals, respond to RFPs, and lead discovery conversations with prospective clients

•       Negotiate engagement terms in coordination with senior management

•       Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Relationship Management & Reporting

•       Maintain structured records of stakeholder interactions, pipeline status, and project progress

•       Provide periodic reports to the COO on both strategic initiative milestones and BPO business development activity

•       Represent AccountEx BPO professionally in both institutional and commercial contexts
