Business Development Intern

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Note: In case of emergency or project requirements, availability on Fridays may be needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential brands and businesses for advertising, marketing, and creative service opportunities.

• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Fix meetings with brands, corporate clients, and decision-makers for business opportunities.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, company profiles, and pitch decks for clients.

• Assist in creating marketing and business development strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

• Maintain client databases, meeting schedules, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the creative and production team for client requirements.

• Support business expansion and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or relevant fields.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Canva

  • Contemporary AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

• Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing.

• Smart, confident, and professional personality.

• Ability to prepare attractive presentations and client pitches.

• Fluent in Bangla and English communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and corporate communication.

• Networking and negotiation skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
