RequirementsFour-year graduation (Preferred in BBA or Economics).

Candidates from EWU, NSU, BRACU, DU, JNU, and IUB will be given preference.

Must be enthusiastic and confident, with a strong desire for a career in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in cold calling, initiating conversations, and persistently following up with potential clients.

0-20 years of experience; we believe in confidence and enthusiasm over experience, so both freshers and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

A basic understanding of how a consulting business operates.

• Actively visit and identify potential corporate clients for our consulting services.

• Initiate contact and build strong initial relationships with key decision-makers.

• Clearly present the profile and strengths of Illumination Consulting to prospective clients.

• Schedule discovery meetings for senior consultants to have in-depth discussions about potential projects.

• Manage a pipeline of potential clients and systematically follow up to convert leads into opportunities.

• Meet and exceed set targets to drive business growth.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly

Salary Range:

• This is a performance-based role with a combined fixed and variable pay structure. The fixed pay is BDT 15,000 (contingent on meeting a minimum target).

• High earning potential with a 10% commission on the value of extra sales brought to the company beyond the target.
