∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, leadership and negotiation, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
∎ Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
∎ Stay up-to-date on current market trends
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
∎ Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
∎ Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
∎ Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team-provide motivation and inspiration
∎ Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
∎ Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum requirement for the candidate must be as below:
∎ Completion of Graduation in Engineering or business related department. Reputed University graduates are preferred.
∎ Minimum 1 year of Sales and Marketing related job experience. But, talented candidates might be considered as exception.
∎ Good command in English both spoken and written.
∎ As he/she will do his most of the jobs through computer and phone, so candidate must be fast in computer typing and must have patience to work long hours in front of computer efficiently.
∎ On time reporting quality to foreign clients and communicating with foreign colleagues and managers.
∎ Must have fast English typing speed in computer and mobile.
∎ Must have determination to develop him/her and to learn new things every day and immediately implement that in the working place.
∎ Previous experience in e commerce or customer handling in logistics can be an advantage but it's not mandatory. Learning and developing quickly is the most important factor.
∎ Note: Tendency to work long time and high ambition as well as quick learner is expected to apply. If you cannot handle stress during work or cannot work long hours with patience in front of PC then it's not right place for you.
