Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and identify potential clients or lead in targeted markets.
∎ Present the company’s products or services to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, online presentations, and product demos.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty.
∎ Negotiate terms of sales and handle pricing discussions with clients.
∎ Close sales deals and ensure that all agreements are signed, processed, and completed smoothly.
∎ Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, set targets.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales progress, achievements, and challenges.
∎ Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, customer needs, and competitor behavior.
∎ Develop marketing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel by using automation, personalized emails, and content offers.
∎ Sales Context: In sales, the key focus is on building relationships, closing deals, and directly contributing to revenue generation. Sales efforts may be more individualized, requiring personal outreach, customized communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Marketing Context: Marketing responsibilities focus on creating and delivering messages that generate interest, educate, and position the brand in the marketplace. Marketing also includes strategy, creativity, and market research to generate leads that can be converted into sales.
