Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients for Logistics services.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on various industries needing shipping solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to understand trends, demands, and competition in the freight forwarding industry.
∎ Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
∎ Track and report on business development activities, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
∎ Provide feedback to the operations team to improve service offerings and processes.
∎ Stay updated on international trade regulations and customs requirements.
∎ Stay informed about industry developments, including new technologies, shipping routes, and logistics solutions.
∎ Continuous research and study to enhance skills and knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics.
∎ Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
