Job Responsibilities
Execute a diverse service environment and maintain operations for service excellence
Proven track record of sales negotiation & sales generation
Achieve personal sales targets
Generating own inquiries and close deals independently
Attend leads and follow up on the leads regularly
Follow up on customer queries and take necessary action with consultation with higher authority
Maintaining good relations with the client
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand and marketing activities
Execute activities driven by data analytics
Identify and maintain strategic business partnerships
Identify and implement new business collaboration initiatives
Implementation of preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan
Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs and activities over digital platforms
Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
