Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • Only Male
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles (freshers with potential may also apply)
  • Strong communication (Bengali & English), negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and field visits
  • Basic knowledge of hosting, domains, or IT services is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, social media, email campaigns)
  • Use of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Understanding of online lead generation and paid campaigns

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Host Rare is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to help grow its IT services, including web hosting, domains, and digital solutions. The role involves sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and direct outreach — including door-to-door marketing. The ideal candidate must be proactive, energetic, and results-driven, with strong communication and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across individual, SME, and corporate segments.

  • Perform door-to-door marketing where applicable to reach local businesses and generate leads.

  • Convert prospects into customers through compelling service presentations and relationship-building.

  • Meet monthly sales targets and track progress.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns (online and offline).

  • Collaborate on content for promotions, seasonal offers, and digital ads.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Provide after-sales support for hosting services, including renewals, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting (with support team coordination).

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and referrals.Ensure prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries.

Client Onboarding

  • Support new customers with domain registration, hosting setup, and control panel access.

  • Promote add-on services like SSL certificates, backups, and email hosting.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.

  • Submit regular performance reports and customer feedback to the Managing Director.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Share insights and feedback from the field to improve services and campaigns.
