Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of solar systems and renewable energy products.Must understand basic load calculation, inverter sizing, and battery backup calculation.Good sales and customer handling capability.Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and Facebook page management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Contact customers/clients over phone and provide suitable solar solutions according to their requirements.

  • Perform basic solar-related calculations such as inverter sizing, load calculation, and battery backup calculation.

  • Recommend suitable solar packages including inverter, battery, solar panel, and backup solutions for residential and commercial projects.

  • Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Handle customer queries and provide technical guidance regarding solar systems and products.

  • Attend client meetings at corporate offices or project sites when required.

  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook page by posting solar-related content regularly.

  • Prepare quotations, maintain client databases, and submit sales reports.
