Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector or Minimum 1 year experience as a Manager in a related field

  • Strong knowledge of solar rooftop & renewable energy solutions

  • experience in govt. tender submission and tender documentation

  • Ability to prepare BOQ, quotations, and techno-commercial offers

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

  • Good understanding of government procurement and corporate sales processes

  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical/engineering teams

  • Candidates having own motorcycle with valid driving license will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar PV Systems, Batteries, Inverters, and Energy Storage Solutions

  • Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and online inquiries

  • Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to understand their energy requirements

  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals for rooftop solar, hybrid systems, and backup solutions

  • Explain product features and benefits of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems to clients

  • Conduct site visits with technical teams for project assessment and customer discussions

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and successfully close sales deals

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, and end users

  • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending payments

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and new technologies

  • Support after-sales service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
