Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate qualified leads through outbound phone calls.
∎ Identify and qualify potential clients, presenting them with introductory information about our equity products.
∎ Meticulously record all lead generation activities and results.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
∎ Interact with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring all contact data and communication information is kept up-to-date.
∎ Research and retrieve information using AI tools like ChatGPT.
∎ Provide introductory information about equity products to potential clients via phone and email, as needed.
∎ Contact existing clients and generate referrals.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activity and results.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Female preferred) to generate qualified leads through outbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will be an extroverted and independent individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla, comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for research, and proficient in managing customer relationships through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires strong digital skills, including proficiency in word processing, Excel, and other digital technologies, as well as excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills. A key responsibility will be ensuring all leads are current, active, and up-to-date within the CRM.
