What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity

• Real estate or Banking experience strongly preferred — familiarity with allotment-based receivables, instalment structures, and project-wise collection tracking is a major plus

• Team player with strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights

The Role We're looking for a Senior Manager to take full ownership of our accounts receivable function. This is a senior role reporting directly to top management. You'll be responsible for the entire AR lifecycle — from billing and collections to reporting, forecasting, and strategy — across our project portfolio. You'll lead a team while staying close enough to the numbers to catch what others miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function across all Equity projects and entities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Receivable team while staying hands-on with critical accounts

• Design and maintain Receivable reports, aging analyses, collection forecasts, customer trends, receivable flow — and translate findings into clear management recommendations.

• Drive collection performance against targets and proactively manage overdue accounts

• Coordinate with sales, legal, and customer service teams on payment plans, defaulters, and escalations
