∎ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in architecture, ideally within a reputed architecture firm or real estate development company.
∎ • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and InDesign.
∎ • Strong drafting and technical drawing abilities.
∎ • Experience coordinating with cross-disciplinary consultants and internal stakeholders
∎ • Familiarity with local construction norms, BNBC, CDA, and municipal processes.
∎ • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
∎ • Strong design intuition with sensitivity to context, materials, and usability.
∎ • Keen eye towards clean, modern and sustainable design standards and practices.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and refine architectural concepts into detailed schematic and construction drawings.
∎ • Produce accurate and high-quality CAD drawings using AutoCAD and other advanced design software.
∎ • Create mock-up 3D views and visual presentations using tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
∎ • Coordinate with external consultants on interior design, landscape, lighting, and other architectural sub-disciplines.
∎ • Prepare construction documentation, sales presentation kits, and marketing materials as required
∎ • Support material selection processes in collaboration with procurement, operations, and other architects.
∎ • Conduct regular site visits to under-construction projects and provide architectural oversight to ensure design compliance
