• Age At least 25 years

• Male applicants: Age 30+ years
• Female applicants: Age 25+ years
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure

• Counsel students and guardians regarding university admission and visa procedures (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Turkey, Malaysia, etc.)
• Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation and embassy requirements
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media platforms
• Coordinate with universities and embassies as needed.
• Attend educational fairs, seminars, and events.
• Maintain proper records of each student’s application and visa status.
• Work on monthly targets for student recruitment and conversions – this is a target-based position
• Ensure timely follow-ups and meet individual/team KPIs
