Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel students and guardians regarding university admission and visa procedures (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Turkey, Malaysia, etc.)
- Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation and embassy requirements
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with universities and embassies as needed.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and events.
- Maintain proper records of each student’s application and visa status.
- Work on monthly targets for student recruitment and conversions – this is a target-based position
- Ensure timely follow-ups and meet individual/team KPIs
