ARCH Revolution is looking for a motivated, proactive individual to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to client acquisition and business expansion within the interior design and branding industry. Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role as a Junior Executive – Business Development.

Role Overview

• Duration: 3 Months

• Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka (Office-based)

• Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Stipend: BDT 5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and research new residential, commercial, and corporate leads.

• Client Outreach: Support the Marketing Head with follow-ups, initial communications, and meeting coordination.

• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing high-impact presentations, proposals, and business materials.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead statuses.

Requirements

• Education: Final-year BBA student or a recent graduate from a reputable university.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bangla.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and a genuine interest in sales and marketing.
