Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Petrochemical Company Ltd (BPCL), the largest Plastic Recycling Company in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced dynamic professional for its Business Development and Finance team. This is an exciting position as it involves traveling both in and out of Bangladesh.
∎ The Business Development and Finance Specialist will be the smart, sharp and affable executive who will grow BPCL`s businesses both within and beyond Bangladesh. S/He will be the face representing BPCL to our vast patrons and along the way will develop new ones.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to develop new Business Plan from scratch. Identify and quantify new opportunities and devise execution strategies to properly exploit those opportunities
∎ Ability to do market research, collect market data and customer requirement.
∎ Able to prepare the financial feasibility model, assess risk and do the ROI analysis.
∎ Negotiating independently with potential new customer, business partners & funding agencies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good English writing and presentation skills
∎ Must have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other presentation tools
∎ advance level experience in using financial modelling tools
∎ Documentation & reporting skills, ability to evaluate performance, summarize data and present it to internal and external stakeholders.
