Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify possible customers (Producer/Manufacturer /Retailer etc.) by online and offline activities.
∎ To meet with the potential customers selected by the Sales Manager
∎ To explain the benefits of our products and services to the potential customer, guide them to use our apps and portals and finally onboard them.
∎ Resolve customers' complaints.
∎ Collect necessary information from clients.
∎ Must have a smart attitude and be well presentable.
∎ Energetic & Dedicated about work.
∎ Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation
∎ Computer knowledge: Email, MS- Excel, MS- Word, Bangla & English typing.
